Sapphires and Emeralds

I really quite like this one tho the peahen's head looks funny (it looked like that in the photo so its not totally my fault) but the peahen is known as raw and dull coloured, but actually they are quite beautiful, and in my opinion for someone learning to do textures and shading should try tackle a peahen over a peacock.....**trails off** this is actually the first time ive drawn a peacock/hen before and i didnt expect it to be like this, but i have to say the peacock's wings are gay and the chicks are a bit rough looking (there r 5 chicks btw)

That brown line near the peahen's anteneea thingoes i am sorry but its a coffiee stain (curse u mum!!)

i left out the tail on the peacock because it would of made the drawing off centre and awekward
